Cannot create case for Amazon using upload file Batch ID

I have tried to upload products (adding to my inventory - they already exist in Amazon catalogue) via the ‘Upload products via upload’ option

The product has 3 sizes and Amazon have created 2 in my inventory - but I was getting an error on the Small size about product_id being different from what I was uploading and what was in Amazon catalogue. The error gave me 2 EAN’s showing the difference - but my upload file does not contain any EAN’s only ASIN’s so I have no idea why I was getting such an error.

So I tried to create a case with Amazon. Selected the topic for ‘Listing products’ and get asked for ASIN, SKU or Batch ID

Selecting Batch ID and entering number and I just get a Next button - but clicking it and I just get told to select a topic (but there is nothing else to select).

In end I did it through the ASIN option - but, still, this is a bug. Just the same as how many of the links in the Help take you to the .com site instead of the .co.uk site and you then get told you don’t have permission. Just getting a bit fed up of these bugs.
