The documents you are asking for I don't pay any bills in my household my partner does. Is there any other documents I can send in instead so I can proof I'm legitimate. I have many other documents with my name and address on like car insurance mortgage statements and so on. Any help would be appreciated. I did call and they said I can’t do anything to help you. I have nothing in my babe really as I always pay cash for everything I don’t like direct debits every month.

this is a legal requirement that Amazon are required to enforce. They have been known to accept a mobile phone bill in your own name and address / but not anything else.
