I am still under registration procedure with invoice, about what?!

Hello! I am still in registration mode because Amazon asked me for the documents that ensure online in my country but I have already an invoice for payment. Until now I have no even one product listed, but Amazon wants to receive the payment. The payment for what?!

I do not understand such kind of "making business". Please help me with advise. Thank you!

Normally, there shouldn't be any payment required for enforced accounts. If you received an invoice from Amazon for payment while your account is enforced, you should open a case using the Help button on your account. Related team will answer your questions about it.
