We recently had our account closed and subsequently participated in a video interview to address the issue. Following the interview, we received an email stating that our disbursements are eligible for release. However, we have since discovered that our funds are still frozen, and we have not been able to access them.
Could someone please assist us in resolving this issue or provide any insight into why our funds remain frozen despite the confirmation email?

Additionally, I would appreciate assistance regarding a VAT bill paid on 05/12/2024. We believe we may have been double charged, as we have already settled this amount.
