Phone calls - cannot request a call from Amazon now?

Hi all

I cannot seem to find the place where you can request a callback from amazon now. I have used this before but now it seems to be the contact form on the right had side, loads of options that just take you round in circles, and then an opportunity to email them.

Can anyone help? Im going crazy over here as need to discuss numerous things with them and can’t deal with long winded emails back and firth.
