Read onlyRecently we found a large number of listings was incorrectly added as a variation resulting in several adverse effects, including a significant increase in reviews within a short period and an artificial boost in ranking for all impacted ASINs.
Upon further investigation, I have identified several instances of incorrect listing association:
1. Although offering the same color but in different pack quantities, has been added as a variation through color variation. Is it permissible to combine listings with the same color but different pack quantities via color variation?
2. The images for 2 variations are essentially identical, except for the main picture. Can two listings utilize more than five identical images within a parent?
3. The original category has been added as a child in another category. Is it acceptable to combine listings from different categories as one family?
These discrepancies not only violate Amazon's policies but also compromise the integrity and fairness of the Amazon marketplace.
I wish someone can answer these queries, in order to return us a integrity and fairness of the Amazon marketplace!
Hi @Seller_n5k9RsvNVK5jJ,
not sure if I understand the problem. Do you have an example?
