Hi All,

I recently applied to brand registry and was rejected based on 'the label is not permanently affixed' and 'the image is digitally manipulated'. Both of these points are false as the logo is permanently on the clothes and I didn't edit it on.

It also rejected me based on the fact I am not the brand owner - I am not a registered company in the UK yet but I do own the brand as an individual, I thought I could still apply despite this?

I have just gone to appeal so I can challenge these concerns and it says case not valid - I believe this may be because I left it more than 5 days.

What do I do from here?
