Invalid Charge Method" Error – Unable to Access Seller Account

Hi everyone,

I’m encountering a persistent issue when trying to access my Amazon Seller account. Every time I log in, I receive the following message:

"Invalid Charge Method: You must update your existing credit card information or add a new credit card to regain full access to this seller account."

However, when I click the "View Charge Method" button, I'm taken to a “Page Not Found” error that says:

"Page not found. The requested URL doesn't exist. Please check your URL and try again."

This happens on every attempt, regardless of which section I try to access — account settings, product creation, or even just navigating the dashboard. The error message reappears each time and completely blocks me from taking any action on the account.

The issue has been ongoing since Friday, April 11, and occurs across all marketplaces and devices (I’ve tried multiple browsers and cleared cache/cookies as well).

Has anyone faced this issue recently? Any idea how to escalate this or get in touch with the right support team that can fix it?

Thanks in advance!
