If you didn’t get what you needed today, we’d also love it if you could reply to this post letting us know what we’re missing, or what we could improve. Your feedback helps us optimize the forums to help you find solutions faster and grow your business.

Please keep in mind we can’t address individual cases or questions on this thread, but if you have a question, please use the “New Discussion” button above (or the "New" button on a mobile device), to post in the category related to your question. There are loads of occasions when mods say they will follow up but never do. I can't think of a case when anything brought up on the forums has been acted on or resolved. There needs to be feedback provided on the steps taken and the outcome.

"Did you get what you need from the Seller Forums today?"

No, we haven't. Not today, not yesterday, not last week or any time in the last month since we opened a thread asking for help.

We had our Amazon US account deactivated because Amazon's bots trashed our account and generated too many violations - all false positives. This has been a known issue for years. Despite them all being struck down, simply having the violations created in the first place led to our account deactivation.

We're stuck, completely unable to get anyone to assist because there's no pathway for Amazon to admit they got it all wrong. We are going round and round with the appeals and account health team with robotic answers that do not address the issue. We created a thread on the forums about it, here:

https://sellercentral.amazon.com/seller-forums/discussions/t/26b00a56-da10-4b73-98f5-4d4d58699028

We have received absolutely no assistance whatsoever. A mod commented to say that we hadn't been forgotten about - only to promptly forget about us. Of the 12 posts on that thread, 10 are us howling into the void.

So have we got what we needed from the seller forums? No, we have not.

@Indy_Amazon - You asked, we answered, and hopefully the replies on your thread will indicate to you, and the other forum mods (community managers) just what many of us think about the forum and the problems. 16 thumbs down should be indicative, and the many thumbs up for a lot of the other posts. PLEASE - we are the ones who use the forum - why can it not be geared to the preference of the majority ?

I have a banner at the top of the forums with a link to this thread but the link goes to Amazon.com , not .co.uk.

I always try to avoid clicking linkes to seller central . com as they often log me out of my UK account and cause problems logging back in.

it's useful because sellers are really helpful to each other, but what a shame it comes to that, rather than Amazon helping us fixing problems directly. What we need is an easy english-speaking escalation route to TALK to someone very occasionally. For most sellers it would not be that often. At the moment we either have to email the MD or copy you guys into a forum message.

One thing I really don't like are the patronising seller training tips, honestly really cringey and actually frustrating when we want Amazon to concentrate on fixing our problems. If we could fix our problems easier we would have more time and positivity to be better sellers.

My main ask is to help us stop the scammers.

Hello @Indy_Amazon

One of the things I find irritating about the Forums is that when scrolling down the message list, if I click on one to read/update myself, when i go back to the 'main screen' it takes me back to the top of the chronological list.

I would much prefer that it takes me back to the place on the list that I last viewed, so i can continue my scrolling where I left off

Used by Amazon to avoid having to answer difficult questions and count on seller self help.

As neither seller support nor sellers (or for that case also often mods) can actually do or influence anything, the forum is the most useful tool for accessing sellers experience to solve problems when Amazon fails to respond. Amazon uses the forum as a placebo.

Hi Amazon moderators,

Can anyone offer advise on what to do with regards a regular buyer(company) who constantly claims that items are not being received(13 now so far!). Postage is bought through Amazon and is shipped as a large letter which when the postie does his job correctly will be scanned at the time of delivery but when it doesn't get scanned then you can be sure that this company will open a refund request! They do not do it when the item shows as delivered only when not scanned at both ends. The value of the items does not merit sending by a more expensive service unfortunately but this is outrageous now.

I have asked the company in question to purchase elsewhere but they continue to buy and place claims. This is fraud and disgusting that a fellow trader would do such a thing.

Thank you Liz x
