Unable to verify the information you provided when registering - 1 day after opening an account

Hi, I have recently started a LTD company, and I decided to open an account on amazon to sell some of our products, as soon as I opened the account it was suspended pending verification, they asked for my personal ID so I uploaded my driving License and entered the licence number as they requested.
They also asked for the certificate of incorporation which I printed out from HMRC and send in form of an image to them. And they also asked for a utility bill or internet bill for the company, to which I uploaded the broadband bill that was addressed to the business with my name underneath, and it clearly displays the registered address etc… And today, 1 day after uploading it, I received this message?

Is anyone able to help as to what the issue may be and how I would be able to get this rectified as I am not quite sure what is wrong here, thanks so much in advance

Dear Seller,

We were for a Selling on Amazon payment account and, as a result, your Selling on Amazon payment account could not be opened. Unfortunately, this means that you will not be able to continue to sell on Amazon.

Please take appropriate steps to resolve any open orders. Note that any amounts paid as a result of A-to-z Guarantee claims and chargebacks may be deducted from the balance in your existing Seller Account.

Please do not hesitate to contact Seller Support with any questions you may have:

Kind regards,
Amazon Payments

HMRC doesn’t do certificates of incorporation.

This means you cannot sell on Amazon at the current time. It may be worth seeking advice from Seller Support, but often when they say they can’t verify the details it means they’re unable to accept you to sell on Amazon.

Did you actually send the certificate of incorporation, or just registration for Corporation Tax or VAT?
Does the driving licence have the same address as the business address?
Do anything in the documents not all tell the same story?
Are you on the electoral register at the address on your driving licence?
Do you have bank accounts or credit cards at the address on your driving licence?
Does your business have bank accounts at the registered office address?

Did you copy the notification from Amazon badly, or is the beginning of the message exactly the same as the one you received?
Amazon don’t usually make that sort of mistake as they us templated messages…

Update
After submitting the bank details and letter from the bank, the bank account is now verified, however my account is still showing as invalid, under the identity section it states this
“Your account has failed our verification process. Please see your email for additional information.”

They have not requested anything further from me and I am not sure what else I can do to activate my account, this is the first time I have ever opened an account and I am finding the process extremely difficult as I cannot seem to get any information or help from Amazon about what I need to do. I tried to chat to them on the phone or throughthe chat but it says my account can’t only use the email option as it is currently suspended. I sent an email through that which opened a case on the 20th, however I have just been back on to check and it says the case has been answered and closed. I haven’t received any response or answer so I was just wondering why it is showing as answered?

Also does anyone have any ways I may be able to actually speak to someone at Amazon to find out what I need to do as I’m finding this incredibly difficult without having any contact from anyone?

As always any help is greatly appreciated, thank you very much in advance!
