Talking to Amazon is like hitting your head against brick wall.

Amazon deleted all our MOQ because they changed the policy but there are other sellers still got their listings up with minimum order quantity after 8 months, when you speak to Amazon (if you lucky ) they dont know anything and give you generic answers.

I found their policy is really unfair, they should remove MOQ from all sellers or let have everyone have it, We cant sell anything as other sellers are selling very cheap because they got MOQ. Ive complained hundred of times, giving them all the ASIN etc but get generic email.

Amazon workers dont know anything they just rely on Algorithm.

Dont get any support or clear answer from Amazon

We're currently listing on an ASIN where another seller has imposed a minimum order quantity, despite the fact that I thought Amazon had removed this feature. Could someone explain how they've managed to do this?

From our perspective, it makes it difficult to compete with their listing.

Still feel like I am hitting my head against a brick wall.

Amazon are still claiming the product contains an ingredient that is classified as a prescription medicine, the purity / percentage I have in the formula isn't prescription however it's totally legal and falls within the normal range but they are not willing to take it into consideration just keep getting the same response over and over.

Any ideas?
