INFORM Widget--Greyed out action items

INFORM Widget--Greyed out action items

I think a lot of us are concerned that the INFORM widget has those action items greyed out without the checkmarks.

I know the guidance has been:

If you call in to understand how to interpret the symbols in the Informed Consumers Act section of your account health page, a green check mark means the information has been verified and no further action is needed. A circle with hyper text next to it means that the verification of this information is not yet complete. Please verify your information.

A circle with text that is greyed out means that no action is needed from you at this time. For this requirement, you should check back within 24 hours to see if additional information is required. Stay updated with the latest seller news or connect to our selling partner community on the forums.

But the days are getting closer to June 27th, and we'd like some further guidance on when Amazon is either going to give us green checkmarks based on info we've already provided over the past month, or turn those into hyperlinks so we can get started verifying any further info you need. Amazon really can't deactivate people for not providing info that Amazon hasn't even requested yet.

Personally, I haven't gotten any emails asking to verify anything this last go around, but i successfully re-verified my bank info and got the email confirmation of that, but there's still no green check on that item.

A circle with text that is greyed out means that no action is needed from you at this time.

I understand the concern given the risk of deactivation if the items are not completed. However, the specific verification required may be different for each seller. In this instance, it may be that the only verification that we were needing for you was the identity verification which was completed.

There should not be any additional information required as of now. You may continue to check in on the account health page for any additional instruction, and if you have any additional questions or concerns, continue to refer to this thread so we can provide guidance to your situation.
