Amazon Lost my inventory of 5000 pounds.

Amazon Lost my inventory of 5000 pounds in ware house, shipment is closed and their is shipping discripencies but amazon closes my case without giving any reply after 4 5 Days each time when i opened the case, How i can solve the issue, Need urgent help.

They’ve just lost 300 units (2 cartons) of my shipment and even though I’ve provided 12 pieces of evidence to show it entered the fulfilment centre they still say they haven’t got them! Suck it up basically!!

Amazon has lost over 100s of my stock, costing me thousands! I hav records of some tracks however some have disappeared. It appears to b in India!!! We do not supply to India. After months of going in loops I hav now done a bit of research and we can ask Amazon for a code and ADR provider can intervene. If Amazon can’t find its own records that I hav provided screenshots of.. the automated responses are unacceptable. I urge everyone to ask Amazon to provide an ADR code which they usually ignore as your mails are all unread and sent through either India or AI. If Amazon ignores which is very likely… contact the folllowing bodies and state you have asked for ADR code and Amazon has not provided it. CMA, Trading Standards, and the Small Business Commissioner. More businesses to lodge complaints.. it will flag up the system to act.
