They are NOT.

Orders up to 7pm with Ebay money in account 8am Next day

Amazon are still using the old fashion BATCH File BACS which as you say takes 5 days normally but some sellers report 7 days

I do agree with you if they going sit on money DD+7 they should be using BACS faster payments

I have been asked to make a payment for the VAT owed to amazon and have received an email with the bank details and requesting for a Wire Transfer.

I am confused about the fact that the email states that "If there are any positive funds in your account, we may utilize them to settle the outstanding balance"

I have read several posts where the email mentioned by amazon ie mdri-exec-escalations@amazon.co.uk does not respond even after the payment has been made

Should I wait for them to make this adjustment or send in the transfer.

Any suggestions or past experiences would be greatly appreciated.

Also can I make the wire transfer from a different bank account , my bank account is not letting me add reference details which shows the payment is for my amazon account.

payment account verification taking long time



I am facing an issue payment account verification process. Where Amazon says we will solve the problem within few working days and today is the 3rd day. However, I have not received any updates.

For more than 4 days my account has not activated my inventory in Amazon Wearhouse amazon keeps spending my money on storage costs and monthly subscription fees. I am waiting for account reactivation.
