Unshipped order not showing in my sellers account
I received email notification of an order from Amazon 2 days ago, but nothing is showing in my sellers account under manage orders. I have repeatedly emailed the Amazon support, but they keep sending me links to my sellers account that doesn’t show the order. Any sugeestions anyone? Is this a technical fault with Amazon’s software, or is it something I can fix at my end?

Try checking you have the correct date range and all marketplaces showing on your filters.
If an FBA order you need to click top right on View FBA orders to see the correct page.

It could be a phishing attempt as well, what was the sender? Or could you post a screenshot?

If the order was pending for a longer time, it would be a good idea to set the time range to a longer period, such as 7days or 30days.

Thanks. Not an FBA order. Order not showing on this link. The original notification + correspondence is apparently from Amazon in usual way, and they say they can see the order at their end. Will try adjusting filters as suggested thanks
