Amazon account Deactivated on 5th Nov 2025 with statement " We are reviewing your business establishment for verifcation purpose"

Hello Everyone,

I am posting here because I am completely stuck and don’t know where else to turn.

I have been selling on Amazon UK since October 2023. My account was initially deactivated in May 2025 due to incomplete KYC verification. After multiple submissions, Amazon finally verified all of my documents and reactivated my account on 5th August 2025.

However, on 5th November 2025, my account was deactivated again with the message:

“We are reviewing your business establishment for verification purposes.”

Since then, I have sent multiple emails to:

seller-verification-review@amazon.co.uk

seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk

apuk-seller-verification-enquiry@amazon.co.uk

Every time, I receive the same automated response saying that my account is still under review.

As of today, more than 21 days have passed with no additional communication, no document request, and no clear timeline. My account currently holds approximately £44,000, and because of this deactivation, my entire business has come to a complete stop. The most frustrating part is that I still don’t know what action is required from my side.

Can anyone please advise:

An alternative Amazon contact or email that actually responds,

A department or escalation channel I can use,

Or any successful experience dealing with a similar situation?

I am not asking for special treatment, just a clear response, guidance, and a realistic deadline. This situation is becoming financially and mentally overwhelming.

This sounds as though it may be something to do with VAT verification. Where are you based/live ? - I assume probably not in UK ? Are you VAT registered ? I see you are a Ltd company - are you registered with Companies House as Ltd ? Other questions could be asked, but that is enough for now ! Account reviews can take quite a time.
