FBA Refund Issue - Need Guidance
I recently encountered an issue with a refund on a product sold through FBA.
The REFUND was processed without any apparent reason, which has left me confused, especially considering the fees charged BOTH WAYS by Amazon for FBA services.
Has anyone else faced a similar situation? How did you resolve it, or do you have any insights into why such refunds might occur?

Thanks for getting in touch, and apologies for the delayed response.
Just a heads up, with FBA, Amazon handles customer service for you, dealing with inquiries, refunds, and returns.
You can check out the list of returned FBA purchases and their reasons on the FBA customer returns report.
Following the FBA customer returns, if the report doesn't indicate that the product was returned to a fulfillment center within 45 days of the return request, we'll credit your account for the item.
However, you can file a claim for "returnless refunds" between 45 days and 18 months after the customer refund or replacement.
