Prime orders not coming through as Prime
Morning, we had an order yesterday from one of our Prime listings, but it didn't say it was Prime, although the delivery date was by today/tomorrow. We assumed the customer didn't have Prime and just bought off that listing. But overnight we have had two more like that. Not for the same listing, but Prime listings not saying they are Prime. Deliver dates are Monday/Tuesday so fitting with non Prime. We don't believe these two are also customers without Prime. Oh and our non Prime listings have a deliver charge, but these are coming through without that. What else could it be?

Is the listing a Prime listing?
If so, was it originally an MFN listing that was converted to a Prime listing?
If yes to both, is the Prime listing at 0 available stock?
There is an issue with that type of Prime listing whereby Amazon will sell it as Merchant Fulfilled once it's run out of Prime stock. Something weird to do with legacy data. It can also happen when a third party stock management system accidentally pushes stock counts to a Prime Sku.

So the reason was: we have switched off the "Shipping Setting Automation" button, as Amazon told us to, because it was asking us to use Evri, DPD etc when we only use Royal Mail and have done for Prime for 5 years.
So because that was switched off Amazon now say we cannot deliver to a customer quick enough for Prime. Even though we can use Royal Mail Tracked 24 and Royal Mail Special. Mad
