Wise isn’t currently accepted for new UK amazon accounts. Is it asking for a personal utility bill or a business one?
Seller_NoMNQDGnEW5Bx
So you need a utility bill to your pakistan address with all the details matching exactly. And you need to get a new bank account that isnt Wise.
Are you planning to do FBA? If so, have you registered for VAT yet?

Team is requesting you to submit one of the utility bills:

Hi @Logik_Enterprise,
This is Pia from Amazon to help you with your concerns.
Thank you for providing insight into your current account status.
My goal is to give you further guidance on the next steps. It looks like you have verification issues on your selling account.
Kindly note the documents requested by the performance team are following the requirements mentioned below:
-
Kindly confirm you have a valid credit card.
-
Please provide the following documents:
• A bill that is dated within the last 90 days for piped or natural gas, electricity, piped water, or internet service with name and address clearly visible.
-
Make sure the above files are in .pdf, .png, or .gif format.
If any of the bills are available in your family member’s name, kindly provide a relationship proof like a govt. issued ID with address.
These documents must be authentic and unaltered, and the name and address on the document must match the name and address you provided during registration.
There must be some information that was missing or not similar to seller central details or the document was not valid. When a bill is rejected it cannot be resubmitted, because it has already been rejected previously.
In these cases, there are different bills that you can submit, such as:
Piped gas
Natural gas
Electricity
Mobile phone
Fixed-line phone Internet service.
You can also raise a case by clicking here.
The forums community and I are here to support you. Please let us know how we can help you from this point forward.
Regards,
Pia
