Santander to Starling - Invalid card issue

We’ve been using Santander for years and now we decided to change to Starling. We have a new card and updated on Amazon ‘Charge Method’ - it charged £1 and eur for each marketplace and yet they said it is not a valid card.

I changed it back to Santander card which I have been using for years. It charges fee for each market places but it says the card is invalid.

Does anyone know what might be happening here?

Have you used the new card in a store to activate it ?
Is it a credit card - not debit ?

Hi @Xarissa

I am sharing Seller Credit Card FAQs for the review.

Please let us know, if you will manage to register your card and also if you need support from my end

Bests,
Julia.

ave just joined the Amazon sellers. I cannot verify my bank card for charges no matter what I do. I have had it very in some places and not in others it seems. It’s a visa debit card, Halifax bank. Amazon say to check with the bank. What bank can I use that will be accepted across Amazon please? I’ve even tried my credit card and it’s the same. They work with half the stores but not all. Can I use debit or credit card?
