Request for Report Showing Deferred Roll Over Amount on 31 December 2025
Hello,
I am trying to locate the report that shows the deferred roll over amount held on 31 December 2025, which was then disbursed in the new year.
It appears there may be a newer reporting format, as the start balance on each disbursement statement since last year shows £0.00. However, this does not seem correct, as there was a rolling reserve amount held on my account at year end.
Could you please advise where I can find the report showing the amount that was carried forward into the next year as of 31 December 2025? If this is now shown in a separate report, I would appreciate it if you could let me know where to access it.
Kind regards,

Following up on your post. You're correct that this is likely related to a change in how reserves and deferred transactions are reported on the Payments Dashboard. Starting from September 2024, Amazon introduced a new "Deferred" transaction status, which changed how delivery-date reserve amounts are displayed. Previously, these reserves were shown as part of the "Account Level Reserve" on the Payments Dashboard and reports. Now, they appear separately as "Deferred transactions" in the "Total Balance" tile at the top of the Payments Dashboard.
This change in reporting format is likely why your beginning balance shows £0.00 — the reserve/rollover amount that was previously included in the beginning balance is now being tracked and displayed differently
Here are the places to look for the amount held at year-end :
- Statement View (Payments Dashboard): Look at the "Previous statement's unavailable balance" — this represents the amount held in your account by Amazon to cover chargebacks, refunds, A-to-z claims, and fees that was carried over from the previous statement period. Note that the beginning balance on Statement View is a grouped figure comprising multiple line items (unsuccessful charges, failed disbursements, previous statement's unavailable balance, etc.)
- All Statements Page: Go to Reports > Payments > All Statements and click "Actions" next to the relevant settlement period that spans the year end. In the downloaded settlement report, look for the "Previous Reserve Balance" and "Current Reserve Balance" fields.
- Deferred Transactions Report: Check the Reports Repository tab for a Deferred Transaction report, which shows currently reserved funds. You can also click on the "Deferred transactions" amount in the Total Balance tile on the Payments Dashboard to see an itemised view of all transactions making up the deferred total.
- Settlement Reports: Download the settlement report from the All Statements tab for the settlement period that closed around 31 December 2025. This flat file report will contain line-by-line detail including reserve carry-forward amounts.
Recommended Next Steps
- Download the settlement report for the period ending closest to 31 December 2025 from Reports > Payments > All Statements > Actions > Download
- Check the Deferred Transactions section on your Payments Dashboard for any amounts that were held at year-end
- Generate a Date Range Summary Report for December 2025 from the Reports Repository tab — this may show the reserve amounts in a different breakdown
If you're still unable to locate the specific rollover amount after checking these reports, I'd recommend contacting Seller Support directly, as they can look up the specific reserve balance that was held on your account as of 31 December 2025 and confirm how it was disbursed in the new year.
