We have a shipment delivered on September 26 to DTM2. Since that moment the shipment still hasn't change the Status to Recieved. I contacted Support several times and was advised to wait. Other shipments sent later to the same Warehouse were fully received so it's not about the warehouse was full, in addition it was not a high season yet.
Shipment ID is FBA15JJJ1VGW, case 10465444792
It looks like the shipment was just lost in the warehouse.
Your help would be much appreciated!
