Bank Verification Failed Due to Old Business Name – Can’t Access Identity Info Page

I'm trying to complete my bank account verification, but the name on my bank statements still shows my previous business name, while my current Amazon account uses the updated company name.

The issue is that I can't access the “Identity Information” page under Business Information – it gives a "not a functioning page" error. So I'm unable to update the legal name manually.

Has anyone experienced this? Is there a way to update the business name or get the bank verification approved using additional documentation (like a registration extract)?
