Read onlywe're pretty desperate with this one. We have a high selling product that out of nowhere has been mis-categorised and is now in a restricted category (beverages) despite it being a paper product. Brand registry Seller support won't listen and now the listing has been removed. Can anyone help?
correction - it is the 'product type' causing the problem. Somehow Amazon has updated it to the wrong type which is causing the issue.

Have you contacted the Seller Support team? The product category issue falls more within the scope of Seller Support rather than the Brand Registry team.
