Prime Day, reference price

by Seller_ICaX6mAlQwby2

Hello everyone,

I would like to do a prime discount to my product. I entered £5 off and it shows me this in red: "Your current discounted price is not being displayed because the reference price (list price/standard price) is not available."

Can someone tell me what means your list price is not available ? It shows me the product is at Amazon's warehouses and when I click on the listing I can add it to the basket.

And also if I search directly on amazon.co.uk my product the exact same words, it will not appear at all. I checked on several devices.

Thanks in advance for helping.

Basically Amazon say they can't verify the "real" price of your product.

You've probably left the 'List Price' field blank. Put the MSRP in here.
