No Access to Brand Analytics in the UK
Hi, I’m in the UK and have a registered Brand on Amazon. I want to be able to use the features within Brand Analytics but I don’t see “Brand” on the menu in my Amazon Seller Central Europe account.
I have contacted Support several times and been given the run around with no straight answers. The most recent answer was
"Hello from Amazon Brand Registry Support,
We understand you were having issues with your access to your brand to brand analytics.
This tool is currently only available in the US."
Who should I be asking the question to and what should I be asking as I feel like there isn’t anyone who knows a thing at the other end of these support lines

No help I’m afraid but I’ve also just asked about it and got this reply:
" The Brand Dashboard and Analytics tools is currently available only to sellers in the United States who own a brand or serve as an agent, representative, or manufacturer of a brand. If you are an agent or representative acting on behalf of a Brand, email us at moa-request@amazon.com.
The Brand Dashboard and Analytics will appear within your non-US selling account when the tool launches in that store."
So I’m guessing we have to wait till it launches.
