Hi, is there currently a delay at Doncaster ( LBA4) ?

My last shipment was marked as delivered by UPS 12 days ago and has still not been checked in.

Thanks

Why do we need to provide a delivery window anyway, 99% of couriers in the UK will deliver next working day as a matter of course unless the distance is excessive, scottish Highlands for instance. We send using DHL non partnered and apart from 1 centre all our sgipments are received 24 hours after dispatch.

We dont want to send a consignment on a Monday to be told it will be expected during the next 5 days, we know when its coming, thats the whole point of the tracking number isnt it?
