Oh for petes sake.

You cannot buy an item at a store then sell it on Amazon without running into heaps of trouble.

For one its illegal to use a brands intellectual property for your profit without there authorization.

Two, once you buy something at a store YOU are the end user. If you sell it again its used or second hand.

Misrepresenting an item as new when it is used is fraudulent and violated multiple Amazon policies.

Option 1: Amazon University, every video. At least 1-2 hours in the forum, every week

Option 2: Account suspended. Funds confiscated. FBA inventory destroyed.

i suggest keeping all your rude comebacks to yourself. it was a question.

No rude comeback there; you asked a question, you got an answer!

Perhaps you'll consider this rude as well, but I'll spell it out:

YOU CANNOT BUY RETAIL AND EXPECT AMAZON TO ALLOW YOU TO SELL IT HERE. You need an INVOICE from an authorized WHOLESALER. If you paid sales tax, it's NOT wholesale, and Amazon will not accept it (and as pointed out, it is now technically no longer "new")

Furthermore, there are many brands that do not allow 3p sellers to sell their items on Amazon. UnderArmour appears to be one of them. (Nike, Puma, and Adidas are other popular brands not allowed; there are many more)

For ANY brand you wish to sell, ask for permission FROM THE BRAND. If they say no, don't try to sell it! You'll just get your account suspended.

And forget EVERYTHING you learned on YouTube. Even the ones that were accurate are likely outdated; Amazon's policies and practices change, and things that worked just a year or two ago will now get you suspended.

"I finally found a product on Belk that will make some profit. "

Shorter answer and to the point on BELK.

If ANY site does not ask for your tax exempt number buying off that site WILL get you suspended!

Thanks for looking to the forums for some guidance on this @Seller_WAGsRZKfviwmt-- and am glad to see Seller University suggested for this topic. This video on sourcing products and this one on invoice requirements are a good starting point, but I would co-sign the guidance on watching the whole series as time allows!
