GBP Revolut account linked with Amazon

Hi, anyone succed with veryfing GBP account with Amazon? I’ve business GBP account with Revolut and since 2 weeks trying to verify that. Every time I get denial and they said the account number on the statement doesn’t match with the one on the documents, which of course is not true. I called several times for the support and they alerts they specilist and promise someone will call, but nothing happens. For 2 weeks nobody on the Amazon can’t tell me why they deny linking my GBP account. I have checked each digits, each letter and everything is correct. Obviously, they simply banned Revolut?

Is this a question about your Amazon Payments account or regular Amazon Seller Central? Because the requirements may differ.

From the past forum discussions, it appears like Revolut accounts are definitely accepted by Amazon, however many sellers encountered issues when initially setting it up.

I would advise you to check the other threads on the subject, here is just one of them:

Hi Kika, thanks for your answer. It’s regarding the usual seller central. I have read this thread but they discuss the EUR account which doesn’t make sense since revolut offer only GB prefix. I have a GBP account with sort code and 8 digit account number but have issue with veryfing that.

This is exactly the case. I am facing exactly the same issue. As I live in Greece, Revolut created a UK account but in EUR. However, there could be another solution: Revolut allows us to add another account in GBP by selecting “More” in Accounts option then choose GBP as currency. Here is another obetacle. Though in the Revolut app we can see the sort code and a UK-style account number, if we ask for a statement we see the IBAN printed despite the fact that transactions are in GBP. If Revolut could fix that by printing the UK-style account number and its sort code on the GBP statement I think that Amazon would accept it. As I am a new customer of Revolut I don’t know what is the correct path to ask Revolut about it so I am posting it here hoping to reach the proper person in Revolut.
