Missing bullet points
Have noticed that some of our listings have missing bullet points & descriptions. They are listings (not recent) that we produced ourselves, but have other sellers now listing on them as they are entitled to do.
Can go through them all and replace where necessary, but anyone got any ideas why this would happen.

Usually it’s caused by other sellers listing in bulk and using the incorrect settings for the templates OR sellers using Amazon vendor (details submitted from Vendor Central take a higher priority than seller central, in some cases this can include blanks but they’re still not taken 100% of the time), if you created the listing then you should have some degree of “listing control” so if you edit the item in your inventory and re-save it, it will hopefully be taken.
alternatively opening a case with seller central will usually get accepted automatically when you were the listing creator.
One exception to this is where the edits were made by the manufacturer or Amazon themselves.
