Read onlyHi, I would like to send the replacement to my customer via FBA. Currently all my orders are fulfilled by FBA. In the return setting I do not have the replacement option, only refund option. How should I do if customer request for a replacement? Thanks.

As noted on the FBA customer returns policy help page:
Amazon may also issue replacements to customers returning FBA items. If we do, Amazon will ship a new item from your inventory free of charge to a customer.
