Is there a new scam that I am unaware of?

I sell a product that I have been getting strange customer calls over. The first one the customer sent me a picture of the product saying they were not happy with what they received. It was definitely not my item, I could not find where they had ordered from me. I helped them get the right product and she told me not to worry about the order because Amazon had already refunded them. ( I hope it was not out of my money). Now I have another customer who is claiming they ordered two but only received one. I asked for a picture of the packing slip and the package label. She sent me pictures of the product and the inside packaging. Definitely once again it is not mine but they have a legit order from me for 2 of this product. I asked again for the packing slip and label on the outside of the box. I don't have those yet. The order that I sent them does show delivered. I only sell this product FBM. I am very confused about this. One other seller on the listing but the price is jacked up real high. Anyone have this happen to them?
