How to apply for catalogue authorization for multiple variations of a product?

Hi All,

I’m creating a parent listing for a private label product for my brand that needs its own ASIN (it is my first time listing a product that doesn’t already exist in the Amazon catalogue).

As such, it is telling me that I need to submit a Selling Application for Product Authorization where I submit product info and images.

If the product that I am trying to list has its multiple variations, which each have their own UPC’s, do I need to apply for authorization for each of those variations (each individual UPC) and do separate applications (each with its individual UPC/images) or can I apply simply for the listing of the parent SKU and then add variations later.

Ideally, I’d like to have the variations all under the same parent listing, which is why I’m concerned that they will all be under separate listings if I fill out separate applications for each SKU.

Thank You for any help you can offer!

is it asking you to apply to sell the product - or to add your own brand name ie Brand Approval ?
are you brand registered ?

Got it. Thanks guys. How long does it usually take for them to review/accept the brand approval form?
