Link My Books Failure

I have been using LMB for a while now. And just noticed that the Settlements pulled from Amazon includes all failed payment and cancelled orders.

LMB advised: "The solution is to add a line to the settlement invoice in Xero for the one where the payment failed."

Obviously this is not possible because we get 100s of orders per day, and do not keep track of orders.

Has anyone noticed this? and what's the best option (other than stop using LMB and do the accounts manually)?
