Can I use as a charge method my brothers card? My card seems is not accepted by amazon anymore. However one year I could use it. I have VISA debit card (not pre paid) and 2 days as I can not access to my inventory because I need to change charge method. My card is fine and information is not changed, I was trying to add my card again, but it does not help. Can I try to add my brothers card? I will not get banned?

No, you shouldn’t be using someone else’s card. It needs to be your own.
What is the exact problem with the card?
Have you sufficient funds in your account to allow for the pre check payments? These are usually a pound or so each day.
