Read onlyFor the past 3 weeks we have been trying to resolve an issue with the verification form on Amazon for the purpose of sending verification documentation to the APUK team but they do not respond. We are currently in a support death loop with seller support and the escalation team (APUK/Verification Team)
Note: This has been going on for 3 weeks with endless tickets and ticket closures without genuine support.
Details of the site bug are attached: the "submit for verification" button is blocked.
The "Submit for verification button" is blocked due to the mandatory but blocked entry fields in the business information section, therefore, we are unable to submit the "identity information" Amazon requested. Even though we sent emails to the APUK team with the documentation they requrested via the broken form, in addition to requesting the escalation team to fix the form.
It seems the system is forcing an incorrect establishment of origin. We are not an American company, we are a UK registered and established Business.
We are unable to get a personal response from APUK or verification team and we are at a dead end. We need help.
