Seller account under iterim review

Hello amazon seller support team.Greetings.

my  amazon seller account is under review from 2nd november and fund also hold.why facing this issue i don't know.last week i was contacted with a customer care representative and he advice me to submit this kind of information bellow.Please help me resolve this issue as soon as possible.
