I hope everyone is great, I am facing an issue of stuck funds.

I have provided my KYC details which were totally accurate in December, from that day till now my KYC verification is not getting approved or rejected. Amazon has not given any information why its getting delayed.

Now my funds are stuck and I am not able to continue my business as I have issue with cashflow as all my amount is stuck in Amazon.

Its been almost more than 3 months anyone facing same issue or had similar experience in past please guide me.

can anyone assist me with account verification process.

its been 8months and i still cannot succeed with having my account verified. i am honestly at a point of now giving up. I have done everything that amazon has asked to do and yet i am still not done.

Hello, I'm having real difficulty in adding Business Pricing to my SKUs and not getting much help from Seller Support. I have been able to add a business Pricing Rule in Automate Pricing. When I go to add a SKU to that rule it looks as though it has done it, but nothing happens and when I look at my 'other prices' there is nothing in there to show the discounting I have set.

Also when I go to my inventory and look at "View Reference and Business Price" it just asks me to Enrol in Automate Pricing.

I have managed to set Business pricing discounts in the USA market which had not problem, so I'm not sure why the UK pricing is so difficult to set.

Has anyone else experienced the same? Any guidance?
