Category vs Sub Category
I have a couple Approvals in Subcategories but the issue is lets say this:
I asked to sell a Board Game "Monopoly" that required approval, I did all the steps got approved to sell this by watching a video and a test. But how do I know which board games fall under this Subcategory? As all of the Monopoly games now show RESTRICTED and I get it I understand what that means. But I am kind of not understanding Subcategories at the moment I think pertaining to Amazon.
I have many Subcategories I can sell under I just do not know where to find these subcategories. If I could get a grip on that then I could stop pulling my hair out....
Is there a list of subcategories under the Category somewhere I am not finding, I have done many searches on this?

Do you have a valid license to sell Monopoly Brand on Amazon from HASBRO for this product?
being ungated or approved to sell a product on Amazon is not all you need to be authorized to sell on Amazon. If you sell ANY brand on Amazon you need to be an AUTHORIDED distributor or seller that is AUTHORIZED by the BRAND before you can sell any branded item on Amazon.
You need to take the time and watch all the Amazon University Videos before you invest in any product to sell or your account will be deactivated and won't be allowed to ever sell anything.

NO but I clicked the apply to sell button and it took me to a video. As I wanted to see if I had to purchase 10 or 100 of these to get ungated.
But I am starting to think I am ungated in the game's subcategory under the Toys category and now I have to buy 10 or more of these to get ungated for the board games or games to sell on Amazon the more I think about this.
To me the category is toys, and the subcategory now is games..... So, I will need to get the games ungated now by doing as it requires per game I want to sell.

Ok STOP!!!!! Do not attempt to sell anything that is BRANDED without a letter of authorization from the brand FIRST!!!!
Being UNGATED and approved does not mean you are legally approved to sell that brand on Amazon.
Amazon will ungate anyone and the legal approval is assumed to have been already done by you.

These same questions are posted endlessly in the forums. Seems to me that you have NOT researched how to sell or what you can sell on Amazon. You CANNOT SELL any BRAND on Amazon without a letter FROM the BRANDS CORPORATE OFFICE and INVOICE (not receipt) making you a legal distributor who can legally sell the BRAND on Amazon. And you CANNOT get that authorization letter or INVOICE from a BRANDS retail store. It must come directly from the BRANDS CORPORATE. A "RECEIPT" from the BRANDS retail location (I.E. Amazon, Walmart, Ebay) or online for a purchase you have made "IS NOT AN INVOICE"! Nor is it legal authorization for you to then turn around and sell your purchase on Amazon. Again a retail receipt is NOT an invoice. Just because you can buy a large amount of any branded products from an online or brick and mortar store and have a RECEIPT from that purchase, that does NOT give you legal permission to sell that BRANDED product. Buying directly from Best Buy, Walmart or Kohl's and turning around and reselling it on Amazon is not a legal chain of custody nor does it give you permission to sell the Brand. Being UNGATED by Amazon allows "distributors" with a letter of authorization from "the BRANDS CORPORATE" to sell on Amazon retail marketplace. You cannot just pick a BRANDED product to sell on Amazon. Everyone confuses being UNGATED by Amazon with being legally authorized to sell BRANDED products on Amazon. One last thing ....If you try to sell ANY BRANDED product on Amazon without an INVOICE NOT RECEIPT directly from the MANUFACTURER, Amazon will deactivate your selling privileges and you will NEVER and I seriously mean NEVER be allowed to sell anything on Amazon again. Your money will be seized and your inventory if in FBA will also be seized and you will not get either back.
Please stop and watch the FREE AMAZON UNIVERSITY VIDEOS!!!!
Subcategories have zero to do with being licensed and approved.

BEING UNGATED IS IRRELEVANT!!!
Don't make this mistake!!! Amazon has a zero tolerance for mistakes and does not give second chances so be careful!!!! Making one mistake will be more than costly. You can only have one account per lifetime.

Thank you for you response!!!!
I will do some more research, and I will look into this... You have cleared up a lot of stuff for us... I appreciate your time and information...
Have a Blessed day!!!

You are very welcome!!! Yes please please do more research. Everyday new sellers and even old sellers get deactivated for mistakes that are 100% avoidable. The unfortunate thing is that Amazon does not forgive because it has millions of sellers and even more millions of products. If each seller was allowed to make one mistake then that would be millions of mistakes. Just putting that in perspective. If you still have questions please post them on these forums before you take the listing plunge!!!! Most of us are really happy to help!!!!

Hi there @Seller_ZrLgykXuDzvX4,
In general its best to focus on the specific ASINs you want to sell. Amazon sometimes requires approval on Category, Brand, and individual product levels. If you check your eligibility to sell a product for every ASIN you should be able to identify all the requirements for a given product. However as mentioned by other Sellers you will want to ensure that you have appropriate sourcing and relationship with the Brand. You can review the invoice requirements and sourcing guidelines for further information.
Thank you for your understanding.
