Shipping UK FBA Goods With UPS

Hey All

Happy New year to all fellow Amazonians! So over the last 6 weeks Amazon have received 6 boxes of goods worth hundreds of pounds through a non preferred carried, delivered and received but never booked din so we have lost out on sales and they have reimbursed us

My thinking is are they doing this on purpose to make us go with there preferred carrier and make us pay double what we can pay for freight to make sure our goods get delivered? Two shipments into BHX4 have gone AWOL!

Any way to get the free shipping back with UPS into FBA?? online you have the option when you select carrier it gives toy the price but its extortion prices!

Thanks

Who were you using ?
Some are not preferred but still accepted
Some aren’t accepted at all

£3.66 for a 15kg box is good in my view

I can safely say, that using a different courier to UPS is not a problem.
I use DPD for all of my deliveries to FBA centres and though there are problems on occasion, I don’t believe it’s any different to any other courier in that regard.

If the price your being quoted with UPS is high, then it could be due to your location and whether or not UPS cover it etc.
Personally, I wouldn’t use UPS if you paid me to, but I’ve had problems with them in the past.

In my experience yodel could’ve delivered them to anywhere lol

In seriousness, have you got the stamped BOL from yodel?
