Reserve Policy

by Seller_B245x6YXlguH2

We have just been moved to the reserve policy on the 19th.

I can see our total balance includes thousands in "account level reserve" - is this normal?

I've just checked our US & CAN accounts which have been on a reserve policy for years and there is virtually nothing in the "account level reserve".

What's the difference between holding the money within the balance and holding it within "account level reserve"?

We have no A-z's, performance fine etc.

This obviously isn't a great time in terms of cash flow and I'd rather not get caught with our pants down if there is a potential problem here. Any help would be appreciated.

Read up on the DD + 7 new regs. Basically Amazon will hold your money until 7 days after the latest delivery day.

I have been on DD+7 for a while now. It is normal for the Account Reserve to be very low or zero.

For me my Account Reserve rarely goes above £50 and at the moment it is zero. So it is normal.
