SFP Royal Mail Tracked 24 now not supported!
Went to book a SFP order. Came up with Hermes Standard??? Royal Mail Tracked 24 is in the extended list of products to use but greyed out saying it does not meet the delivery promise. Since when has Hermes Standard been an approved Prime Second Day carrier?
Don’t know what to do apart from use a screenshot to show the issue and contact support, whilst booking the delivery on Click and Drop.
Anyone else see this?

Yes just happened to me to.
I had 3 SFP order to process at 4pm cutoff. Went to buy labels and 2 came up as Tracked24 but one was going to do a Hermes Drop off label.
I dont even know where my local Hermes drop off is and I dont want the label but Amazon wont let me change it. Besides which I have to stay here until 5pm when RM do their collection.
Instead I put it through my own RM C&D account and by-passed Amazon Buy Shipping.
Absolutely terrible

I’m wandering if it’s anything to do with Shipping Setting Automation?
Amazon says this will automatically change delivery dates based on information it receives. I’m wandering if it also changes the courier when it believes one cannot deliver on time.
It doesn’t exactly explain why of my 3 SFP orders, 2 could go RM Tracked 24 but it wanted to create a Hermes label for the other - especially when the one it wanted me send by Hermes had an address that was actually closest to me.
Can you confirm if you have set your shipping templates to use Shipping Settings Automation?

I had one come up as Hermes now as well - it wouldn’t let me select Royal Mail.
I don’t even have any kind of Hermes account or authorisation.
Seems like a glitch on their system because amazon shipping and royal mail can’t fulfil.
Again - no communication from Amazon about this change.

It is doing it again. I can’t believe this. I cannot select Tracked 24 even though I could before today’s cut-off time and they will go in the same pick-up as those booked Tracked 24 earlier today. Absolute madness.

Ive now received an email saying as I have not bought more than 95% of my SFP orders via Buy Shipping they are removing Prime badge from my listings.
Im at 94.8% - and the only SFP orders I did not buy through Buy Shipping was when their own system refused to let me purchase Tracked24 and only offered me a Hermes option so I had to process them manually via my RM C&D account. Go figure…

About 5 months back I enrolled in the SFP . At this point the excepted the royal mail tracked 24. I have now recently noticed lots of my listings have been deactivated due me using the service . Unless I change who I use with a more real time delivery service they wont change the status of my items .
