There have been several threads about this issue, and one of the forum mods is collecting info, but there does not seem to have been a resolution yet.
You should maybe cancel the EVRI label and choose RM.

Standard Evri requires collections, which you arrange directly with Evri, but you do need to send a large amount of parcels for them to consider it, on top of that it takes a while as they have to come out to your site and do a risk assessment for their drivers before they will even accept you as a collection customer. We did go through this process and got approved with some very good rates from Amazon based on 250k parcels per year as a minimum, but decided to stick with Royal Mail once all the strikes were over.

As a SFP seller that’s forced to use EVRI for next day orders, buying the labels via Amazon Buy Shipping, i take them to the local drop off shop and have not experienced the issue of being refused.

However, i wonder if its EVRI not wanting to accept them in the shop or if its Amazon not wanting to be dropped off the shop.

To us mere mortals, we have to wonder what difference it makes as it all goes to the same local depot.

I suspect its down to Money.

For every parcel that is scanned into a drop shop, that drop shop will be paid, when we did it for DPD, we got 60p per parcel, although that was a long while ago now.

In this case, is it EVRI losing the fee or Amazon, if its Amazon, i would not expect a resolution any time soon!!

I’m in a similar boat - selected the evri standard option and have no info beyond that - seems really poor from Amazon for people like me that don’t sell often. There’s a tracking number but I have no info as to what I am supposed to do with the parcel - take it to a shop or just wait in at home for ever for them to collect it…obvs no easy way to contact either amazon OR evri…too much hassle for a couple of quid sale!!

Its easier buying your Evri labels direct from them if its only for a few items and not SFP and you would prefer to use them

They aren’t going to come and collect from you unless you are a business and sending largish amounts quite regularly to be worth the daily collection from them

Evri probably don’t want all their Amazon parcels arriving at drop shops, usually these are small businesses and probably don’t have room for dozens of parcels, and as mentioned drop shop is not suitable for SFP because the collection times may be too early
