Please help to understand - Image requirement for approval

Hi All

I am trying to request approval for a Baby product and seller support is asking for below -

“-- The images provided show business or product information that is not printed or secured to the product label. You must provide images showing business and product information securely adhered to the product or its packaging.”

Though I have provided the pictures, clearly showing the product details (product type, capacity, size material etc), along with Manufacturer details.

But, my manufacturer used sticker labels (strong adhesive) to add this customized labels on the product packaging. Is it not accepted ? They are very securely added and merely you can notice the difference.

Do you think I need to repackage and print the details on a new package ? What else can I do ?

Hi,

Amazon will not accept stickers information, it has to be clearly printed on the packaging itself.

If you are planning on selling cups/beakers/bottles then you will also have to read this and comply with the requirements: https://sellercentral.amazon.co.uk/ckp/requirement.

I would also make sure you have the correct product liability insurance.

Good Luck.

Though I’m not really familiar with the rules surrounding this, I would imagine, that, that information, should really be printed directly on the container itself. As if it’s just a label, it could be removed and replaced with something else.
I’d suggest that you check the legalities surrounding it.
