My account is deactivated, how to delete account and get 25£ refund
I registered an account on September 26, then had submited all documents as required, even so, I still can not reactivate my account, no further instruction.
What’s more, Amazon charged me 25£ soon after registion (I wanted to register as individual seller, but there was no such option while registering, only professional selling plan available.)
Now, I only want to know how to delete my account? and how to get my 25£ back?
I can not open any case as my account is deactivated.
I AM NOT ABLE TO CHOOSE INDIVIDUAL SELLER WHILE REGISTERING, I AM NOT ABLE TO SELLING ON AMAZON, BUT THEY CHARGED ME 25£, IS THIS ROBBERY?

As much as it might feel wrong right now, try to take a deep breath.
Firstly you need to finish the review, then you can change your account status to individual and as long as you didn’t sell anything, you will be able to request a refunds of all the subscription fees.

No, its not Robbery
You wont be able to reactivate your account until the verification process is complete. I am afraid this copld take weeks even months
I don’t believe you can, until verification process is complete
That’s good that you have been able to do that, it should stop any further charges but, be aware I have seen other threads where people have managed to downgrade (or think they have) on the system but still get charged the monthly fee because the downgrade wasn’t processed
I don’t think you can request a refund until after you have been verified.

I have to say, it doesn’t seem right that Amazon takes the subscription before the account is verified.

Thanks guys.
I am here to find a possible way to get refund, but it seems this is impossible now.
Why I think this is robbery:
Firstly, anyone who want to register as seller must pay 25£ for first month (because we can not choose individual when registering).
Secondly, according to what those friends above are talking about, I am not able to request a refund until my account have been verified successfully.
The question is, how many percentage of new registered sellers can pass verification?
For those who fail the verification, can we say Amazon has robbed their 25£? because there is no way to get refund.
Considering how many people register sellers on Amazon, this total amount they charged may be huge.

I have been trading on Amazon since 2006 & had my account deactivated on 7th Oct as I was registered as an individual seller & should have been a sole trader which was fair enough I hadn’t realized i was in the wrong category until the definitions were pointed out to me. Like yourself I had to provide verifiaction details & proof of address which I did & the boxes were all ticked to say that all mandatory details had been submitted, but my account still remains deactivated. I contacted seller support, a message came up to say my account was deactivated & at this time they would only answer questions relating to this. I asked if they could advise what else I needed to do or if there was anything else I needed to submit. I received a reply saying that my case had been passed on to an expert who deals with this particular problem & the case was closed. Nothing happened so I reopened the case & received the same reply from the same person.
I have still heard nothing & I also feel I want to close my account but according to other answers to your thread I cannot do this until I am reactivated. I think it’s diabolical how they mess people about & deny us access to our own money.

No, robbery is a violent crime whereby they have committed theft with a threat of harm or violence. Also, companies cannot commit robbery.
Theft Act 1968: 8Robbery

(2)A person guilty of robbery, or of an assault with intent to rob, shall on conviction on indictment be liable to imprisonment for life.
