Read onlyHello! Please help with our account as our fund has been under Account Level Reserved for 6 months now we're not getting any disbursement as almost all of our sales is on hold for Account Level Reserve.
We already contacted Amazon support and all of our case has been transferred and last response we received from Seller Performance team was from July 1, 2024

Thank you for your patience. I escalated this request with our payments team, and they concluded that your account should no longer be subject to a reserve.
The account level reserve has been lifted, effective immediately. Your payments will be disbursed as scheduled, the next payment is scheduled to initiate 10/11/2024.
