SFP and DPD collection
I just finished DPD onboarding. Can someone tell me how this DPD collection work? They attempt to do the collection every day or only on the days I buy shipping on Amazon?

They collect daily (Mon-Fri) at a certain time (usually a 1 hour window, so 4pm to 5pm as an example), they will set that up for you and let you know.
If you do not have anything for them, phone them by a set time, usually 2pm, and they will not call, and then you will not have an abortive charge

Here you can learn more about using DPD as the carrier for Seller Fulfilled Prime:

I gave up on DPD services for SFP pretty quickly as they were always more expensive than RM Tracked, had an earlier collection time, and seemed incapable of dealing with any requests for cancelled collections. Also, speaking to them was next to impossible as we didn’t really have an account number, having registered via Amazon when setting up for SFP.
We’re now using a mix of Amazon Logistics (pros: cheaper, nice dedicated UI, easy tracking, easy to cancel, no cost for nothing to collect - cons: early collection, no international service) and Royal Mail (pros: flexible service, 5pm collection, option to drop at depot - cons: more expensive, loss of Tracked 48 service for SFP).
If registration for Amazon Logistics is open in your area, I’d strongly recommend you give them a try.
