Hello @Seller_MtH6jrMOOTYSA,

Thank you for your post. Here are the steps I recommend to submit compliance test reports for ASINs

1. Go to the Performance tab in Seller Central and select “Account health”. Under “Policy compliance”.

2. For each ASIN, click “Submit” under the “Next steps” column to upload the test reports and other required documentation. Be sure to provide all the information requested.

If you believe the compliance requirement does not apply to your product, you can submit an appeal by selecting the “Submit appeal” option. Provide a clear explanation and any supporting evidence.

Best,

Adam

all toys need third party testing now with an amazon approved supplier - new amazon policy. if your toy manufacturer has used one of these to test their products you STILL have to pay the 3rd party supplier to verify each sku.

We now have over 500 that amazon are asking for test certificates. I have provided them with the one issued to Belbal balloons and amazon have advised they require it to be submitted by one approved by their 3rd party agents.

500 test certificates, and we are just a seller, each listing have 4 or 5 sellers, so are we all having to pay to test the same item.

Whats the point of manufacturers testing products if amazon are going to control the sale of goods. I guess amazon rake in a commission from these tests.
