What to do when escalation requests are ignored?
I have submitted amazon.co.uk provided invoices for ungating of a product but because the brand is "Schwarzkopf LIVE" and not "LIVE" seller support have decided my invoices are not valid - even though the invoices are proof of purchase of the EXACT product I am trying to list..
I have asked for a supervisor 5 times and had my case closed everytime..
What can I do here?
Managing director email is not responding to me either..

Looking at the Amazon listings for that brand Schwarzkopf LIVE, it appears to be an issue as some products are branded as LIVE and other Schwarzkopf directed to their store.
If your invoiced brand does not match the listing brand exactly, then they will not accept your invoice unfortunately as you have found out.
I presume you have tried going through help > brand - update? although if you are not the brand owner, then they will not be able to update for you.
