We've been using the Shipping Setting Automation for a few years now for FBM orders but have noticed that the delivery times shown to customers are being wildly over-estimated when we use Royal Mail Tracked 48 option.

We've done some testing on one particular ASIN and swapped it over to Tracked 24 which then shows as delivery tomorrow. Switch the shipping for that ASIN back to Tracked 48 shipping on SSA and it shows the delivery time as next Wednesday (5 working days). Tracked 48 is a 2-3 day service (including Saturday), so it should be delivered Monday at the latest. I'm sure that by Amazon displaying these wildly inaccurate delivery estimates it's putting buyers off.

Has anyone else noticed this? Any thoughts @Seller_XUNeUuvrQDpgP?

I have a number of ASINs that are showing as long delivery times. The stock was sent into Amazon FBA in November and showing as delivery times to prime members as 15/1. Two weeks away. I have some ASINs with 600+ units of available stock. I've tried a whole load of postcodes from around the UK. Showing the same on desktop as well as the Amazon app.

The last few days the delivery times on all my listings are showing as too far ahead. Even for next day delivery

Our dispatch time is set to 2 - 3 days and i even changed handling time from 1 days to 0 and its still the same issue.

Even our next day is showing as taking 2 - 3 days for delivery.

Though when an order is placed it shows the correct delivery dates in the order details so cant understand why its doing this.

Not much help from amazon support so far. Any advice appreciated?
